This feature enables a user to send quote requests to one or more contractors using a single template, grouping the quotes into a single request and allowing the user to set due dates, reminder alerts, and report on current status.
Contractors can use Taskflo to respond to the quote request using the standard Taskflo templates, or they can upload a copy of their standard quote form. Once the contractor responds to a quote, the pending quote becomes an active quote and can be reviewed for approval by the building manager.
Once all of the contractors’ quotes have been received, the building manager will shortlist the contractors they recommend and send them to the owners committee for approval. For easy approval, the following information is added to Taskflo: the members of the committee, the maximum approval threshold allowed without approval.
